You will discover the beautiful Barbabietole Arrosto red beet. This delicious beet is roasted immediately after harvest in the fields, giving it an earthy and sweet smoky flavour. For the main course you will prepare an exquisite roast of fallow deer meat from the Amsterdam Water Supply Dunes. As Embracing the season, we enjoy a marvellous pie of pecan and caramel for dessert.
